John also fully explained how the new system operated and in conjunction with the app on my iPhone. I absolutely adore this company's staff as well as their equipment. From the field technicians to the office staff you won't find anyone more helpful. However, when I have a problem I ALWAYS turn to Amanda, and usually the problems are UE (user error). She is always cheerful, and so very helpful, and I call PLENTY! She is so very pleasant and never do I feel like I am an inconvenience or she's tired, or that she's rolling her eyes (yes, you can hear that in their voice). Amanda has NEVER FAILED ME! I am very demanding of myself and it's rare to find someone who always steps up to the plate and resolves my issues quickly, pleasantly, and leaves me with a smile on my face! It is an absolute pleasure working with Amanda.

10 year customers and always very satisfied! Richard was a new technician to us, usually have John, who is excellent! Our garage door, wall-switch controller got fried from lightning or just wore out. Our new controller had to be tied into our WiFi hub and reprogrammed to our smart phones. I couldn't do it. Richard to the rescue! Every once in awhile, we will be on the road or at a restaurant and we will think we left the garage door open! Yikes! Not good to travel all the way home to see. Our AAA system is great and dependable! Especially with such knowledgeable field technicians! Thanks Richard and AAA for helping make life a little easier and more secure.

They had our system back up and working right away after the storm. The technician was actually a salesman! A few months ago i was getting ready to purchase my first house being that I’d be moving to lehigh i was concerned for the safety and security of my wife and daughter so i posted a status on fb i had 4 ppl comment the company name AAA (all American alarm) i googled them gave them a call and left a voicemail i then received a call back FROM THE OWNER of the company SY. I told him what i was looking into doing and what not he had more information then any other company and made me feel like we’d been friends for ten years even tho i wasn’t buying at the moment you could tell on his voice that he loved his company and loved absolutely everything about it hat he was doing. At the end of the convo he told me he would come to my house PERSONALLY when i was ready to purchase the system. And that’s exactly what he did he kept his word and everything that he said he would install and the price that he said he would install it for never changed he had no hidden fees or taxes or any of that. Him having a family of his own i knew for a fact that safety was the most important thing to him so if he trust his equipment with his family’s lives then i can also. All American Alarm has been absolutely awesome in every aspect of their service and I would recommend them without hesitation to take care of any security needs -- whether your home/business is big or small! They have the industry expertise and top-notch customer service that you want in a security company. After dealing with 11 security companies (all the national companies including several DIYs), 4 of which actually came to our home to install their systems, and still not having a reliable security system, I was about to give up. I decided to call a local company -- AAA -- as my final attempt to get a security system, and they professionally and efficiently assessed what our home needed (it's a larger home with a pre-existing hard-wire security system) and then made it a painless process to get it installed. AAA was able to utilize our existing system so we'd have a more complete system and have less equipment to purchase. Our installer, John, was absolutely excellent. He was more knowledgeable than all 11 of the companies I had previously dealt with put together, and was very pleasant, friendly and professional during a very labor-intensive install that took him over a full day to complete. He took pride in his work and took the time after the install to go over the system with us to make sure we were satisfied and were able to operate everything properly. We have had the system in for a month now and we've had no false alarms, no problems with the sensors, and only great interactions with all of AAA's team. Ashley, who manages the office and handles all your paperwork, has always been incredibly helpful and courteous. She always delivered what she promised, when she promised it, even if that was just an email with information we were requesting. I simply don't run in to that degree of competence, professionalism, and follow-through from many these days. Carla, who works with with larger homes and commercial properties, reached out to us and gave us her cell so we could call over the weekend to discuss what we needed. She was incredibly patient and worked outside of their normal business hours on a couple of occasions prior to the install. She was very smart about the various security systems we were contemplating and seemed eager to help however she could. Finally, when I first called AAA, I spoke with Ameer who works in sales and as a technician. He was super helpful and even helped us get the best bang for our buck when it came to what products we wanted to install. He also came out for the install with the lead technician (John), and I found both Ameer and John to be hard-working, knowledgeable, and professional. I am so happy we found AAA...I can't imagine having our security with anyone else now, and I would unhesitatingly recommend them to all my friends, family and neighbors. It's just so rare anymore that you find a company and its team who truly take pride in what they do and in the customer service they provide. The AAA Team certainly does and it shows!

I was very impressed with the level of service I received from All American Alarms. The installers were very knowledgeable and I was very satisfied with the quality of their installations. They gave me a walk-through and explained clearly what they had done and before they left they trained me on how to setup and use the mobile app to control the alarm system.
